2.Details of egg tray production line

1.Pulping
System: To put used paper and water into pulper, the paper will
be transform into pulp by force of rotating water inside of
pulper; The finished pulp will be screened and grinded into fine
pulp, And ready for forming machine
use.

Hydrapulper ,Pulp pump ,Air
compressor,agitator,Self priming pump,pulping
machine.
2.Forming
System: The fine pulp go into the forming machine, then transform
into wet trays.

Full automatic egg tray forming machine,
Vacuum pump , High pressure washer , Negative pressure tank ,
mould, Transfer mould, baler .
3.Drying
System:
Automatic production line, dry the egg
trays by 6 layers pallet metallic
dryer
