High Range Water Reducing Admixture Naphthalene Superplasticizer

Naphthalene superplasticizer contain 5%, *0%, *8% three different specifications due to different sodium sulphate content. Because of its stable performance, non-poisonous, odorless, non-flammable, non-corrosive to steel bars and much better than sodium ligno and calcium ligno series product, it is more and more popular in construction industry. The main properties is high-efficient water reducing, increasing cement paste fluidity, and improving concrete strength etc.

The main performance:
1. Naphthalene superplasticizer has a significant effect of water reducing with water reducing ratio of *8% or more and can improve the fluidity of cement paste at low water-cement ratio.
2. Keep the water-cement ratio constant, can greatly improve the workability of concrete, namely to improve the flow of concrete nor bleeding segregation, improve bond strength steel and concrete,the concrete surface smooth.
3. In the same slump and keep the original strength of the same conditions, can save *0% **5% of cement.
Guidance
Normally it can be used with 0.***1.5% of the concrete.
The best formulation should be made on site after completing enough tests.
It can be used with sodium-based lignosulphonate admixture and sodium gluconate.
