Use:
It is a fully automatic high speed bag making machine, especially in T shirt bag making (blank and printed bag). It works together with an automatic puncher. The machine is high speed and fully automatic, nice in performance.  

Featrues: 
1. Bag making part adopt two servo motor system + micro computer /touch screen (WEIVIEW
Taiwan), Panasonic magic eye for color tracking, easy operation and stable, produce 2lines
printed/blank bag.
2. Punch part adopt PLC + touch screen control, easy operation.
3. The main motor adopts imported inverter converter speed, automatic film feeding system make
bag making step stable, exact sealing and cutting.
4. Auto punch with bag folding function, bags conveyor to make bags collecting easier.
5. Film unwinder adopts constant tension control. Install air cylinder lifting film unwinder, easy
for film loading with air shaft.
6. Blowing bags out, bags collected is in order.
7. Imported cutting knife adopts independent heating, temperature control easy and exact.
The machine adopts IC electrical route automatic control, socket design which easy to change.
Alarm for no film, film break, film block.
