Introduction
The machine is used for the multi-strand twisting of bare copper,
coated tin, coated silver, copper-clad aluminum wire, enamelled
wire, and other special alloy wires. Regular twisted wires can be
done by this buncher instead of stranding machine.
Features
1. For copper, aluminum stranding and insulated cores laying-up.
Max. productivity can be up to ****0 twists/min.
2. Separate motor driven structure, on-line electrical pitch
adjustment, more convenient & efficient for operations.
3. Multi-heads driven or non-driven bobbin pay-off according to
customers request.
4. Pitch changing is by replacing different size of capstan wheel
to achieve accurate and stable lay-length.
