WHY IS HORSE CHESTNUT SO BENEFICIAL

WHEN YOU HAVE VARICOSE VEINS?

Conditions of varicose veins affect *5% of the adult population which is to say one out of every four persons will have to face this malady during his life. Despite the fact that it can have very severe ramifications people tend to look at it simply as a cosmetic problem. But the resulting maddening pain, ulcers on the leg or embolism (blockage of a blood vessel) belong in the category of serious problems.

Superstition has it that keeping a horse chestnut in your pocket keeps illnesses away. While this is not supported by any scientific evidence, it is clearly proven by medical studies that much more than a decorative plant, horse chestnut is a powerful herb in its own right when it comes to external treatments.

Studies done in the *0ies showed that horse chestnut contains a very valuable acting agent called Aescin. Several experiments with control groups demonstrated that Aescin effectively reduces inflammed conditions, swellings and it tightens up and bolsters vein walls. Its important to remember that it is not advised to use it with a declared condition of thrombosis because external treatment might unblock coagulated blood particles.

Although the main ingredient of our Herbal Varikoflex Balm is horse chestnut it also contains *3 other herbs. Its potent agents are a hundred percent natural, they contain no artificial colorings, fragrance or parabens. Animal testing is also out of bounds at our company.

Herbs used in manufacture:Aloe vera, citric acid, eucaliptus, juniper, comfrey, thyme, camomille, lavender, menthol, rosemary, horse chestnut.It also contains water, natural oils, plant derived emulsifiers which make it possible to mix watery and oily materials, plant glycerin and citric acid.

Ingredients (INCI):Aqua, Isopropyl Myristate, Polyglyceryl 3 Stearate/Citrate, Glycerin, Aesculus Hippocastanum extr., Aloe Vera gel, Symphytum Officinali Radix Extract, Cetyl Alcohol, Calendula Officinalis Oil, Vitis Vinifera Oil, Benzyl Alcohol, Menthol,Xanthan Gum, Arnika Montana Extract, Chamomilla Recututa Extract, Rosmarinus Officinalis Oil, Juniperus Communis Oil, Thymus Vulgaris Oil, Lavandula Officinalis Oil, Citrus Limon Oil, Eucalyptus Globulus Oil, Curcumae Rhizoma, Citric Acid

DIRECTIONS OF USE:

Apply liberally -For optimum results it is important to use enough balm on the surface of the skin.
Massage it in -Its very important to fully massage the balm into the cleaned, dry skin until its fully absorbed and your skin feels dry.
Use it at least twice a day -For best result its recommended to use it twice a day at least (morning and evening). No adverse effects if used more.
Mind cleanliness -Make sure you apply the balm on a cleaned and dry skin area. Wash your hands before use. The balm might get tainted if contaminated.
Do not apply to an open wound -These require expert medical attention. Use the balm only after the wound has been properly treated and has closed in healing.
Store at room temperature -Balm might become liquid if exposed to heat. Storing it in a refrigerator might reduce the power of its active substances.

WHEN NOT TO USE:There are no known side effects of this product. However, due to its high essential oil content it is not recommended to use it on children below the age of three. In rare instances red skin or allergic reactions might occur because of the active herbal substances so a skin test is recommended before use.

HOW TO PERFORM A SKIN TEST:Scrape the soft skin on your wrist until its a bit red. Apply a small quantity of balm (the size of a pea) on the area. If no allergic reactions after a few minutes the use of the product is safe.
