This grade of scrap mostly arises from countries in Africa, where industrialization has not yet boomed. This contains mostly household scrap whereby the density of this grade is much, much lower than HMS (*0:*0) or HMS (*0:*0). A cargo mass in a *0 feet container would not yield more than *9 to *0 tons unless some cast iron is added to the contents. However, given the competitive business environment, some buyers still prefer to mix this in order to average out their cost. Though cheap in price, yet this grade conforms to ISRI grade **0 to **6.
