Door Core:

Honeycomb:
AL AHD standard 
Hollow metal door has a paper honeycomb core. The core is permanently bonded to door skins strengthening the structural integrity of the door, enhancing long term performance and durability, while significantly reducing the weight.

Honeycomb core is made from layers of paper bonded together by parallel and uniformly spaced lines of adhesive, light weight and high strength, glued to the interior surface of the door skin, door leaf is then pressed for a couple of hours to maintain the flatness of the door.


Door Frames:

The material used for frame is Galvanized Steel or Stainless Steel. The standard door frame thickness is 1.5mm and 2.0mm. The frame is constructed by welded or knocked down method.

Frames are supplied primed as standard. Alternatively they can be supplied powder coated as per customer request.
Preparation is done for visible or concealed fixing bolts or brackets. Welded frames are provided as an alternative, standard frames are of bolted construction. Special profiles and higher steel gauges are also available.

Vision Panels and Louvers:

There are a wide range of both door windows and louvers available. Different configurations and designs can be incorporated to match the customer’s requirements. All glazing frames and cut-outs are prepared and supplied by the door manufacturer
