     Hopper dryers of BHD series offer an effective and low-cost method for plastic materials drying .Hot air is used to dry wet materials due to moisture absorption during packaging,transporting,and recycling.Mounted on the machine directly. Hot air blows evenly from bottom to the top (the models of BHD***0 and BHK****0 are down-blowing hot air ).The capacity range from *2kg and ***0kg,*3 modls for your options(see the pictures)

 Features:

1)Keep the drying temperature of the plastic even ,improving the drying efficiency.

2)Prevent powder piling up at the bottom of the pipe so to avoid burning.

3)Barrel in and the internal parts are made of stainless steel to avoid the material contamination.

4)Barrel and hopper are separate for easy material cleaning and fast material change.

5)Proportional deviation temperature controller for accurate temperature control.

6)Overheat protector prevent accidents by human error or mechanical faults.

7)Alarm for overheat and overloading protect, outfitted power switch.

8)BHD***0 and below are allocated to aluminum plinth ,BHD***0 and above are allocated magnetic plinth.

9)Automatic **-hr timer and double insulation barrel are optional for all models.

*0)More optional accessories: cyclone dust separators, exhaust air filters,
