Description:

1.Similar with ANDRITZ pump, totally open impeller,high efficiency,light in weight ,small axial force,and long service life.

2.It is easy to maintain and the chance for blocking is very little. And it can transfer media with a certain volume of gas to meet the demands of pulp/paper making process requirements.

3.The impeller was precision cast.Tested with Class G6.3 dynamic balance,it can run smoothly.

4. applicated in transporting pulp below 6% concentrition.

5. Shaft seal types:
1) Packing seal: need a high temperature washing pipe, It is easy to maintain, and replace.

2) Single mechaical seal: used for pulp below the  thickness of 4.5%.

3) Double mechanical seal: used for harsh media and corrosivemedia. It can make sure that there is no leakage.Need the high temperature water seal.
