2.adopt Germany lentz AC servo motor and controlling system;the
PLC is Germany siemens,easy maintenance,high reliability,and a
wide range of applications
3.the temperature of the furnace is controlled by digital
filtering feedforward loop,ensure the temperature of crystallizer
and the quality of products.
4.the controlling system has position feedback unit,accoding to
the feedback signal ,we can know the position of the strip plate
,then adjust the hydraulic cutter to ensure the length of strip
plate .
5.the main electric element are all famous-brand products.
6.PLC.
7.the process parameters can pre-set, the process parameters and
key parameters can be displayed ,and it has alarm system,too
