Our wire is producing by high-speed drawing machine. Due to its technology, all spools of hose wire can be of fixed-length. All our hose wire is carried out in line with GB/T *********6 Standard. And the other specification are as per following:

Surface of our hose wire is plated uniform brass zinc alloy first, this can be reinforced with brass coating which plated later. The ratio for brass is *8*4%, and zinc is *2*4%. And the weight for brass is more that 3g/kg. And the brass coating can get well adhesiveness with rubber hose
Our hose reinforcement steel wire can sustain high pressure as our tensile strength can reach from 2,**0 to 3,**0MPa
Besides to make rubber hose, our brass coated steel wire can also manufacture with spring, steel brush, steel wheel and so on
Package: Our usual package is BS*0, and *2 spools on one floor, between each floor, we will place a plastic clapboard. And *2 spools fixed on a pallet. Plastic spool package is available
