  *1. Characteristics of Electric control
  Dough Mixer control part adopts touch screen + PLC control, to adjust mixer speed and mixing time, according to  process requirements to control the quality of dough mixing, and combined with mixed stirring& liquid level measurement part also realize the control of the mixing time and quantitative liquid mixing tank. The whole control part is easy& convenient, intelligent stable& energy saving .Safety protection measures, effectively guarantee the stable operation and safety of personnel &equipment.
  Ripening part adopts frequency conversion photoelectric tracking, adjust the feeding speed of ripening machine automatically according to roller speed, so as to realize the continuity and stability.
  Roller adopts frequency control + PLC + touch screen+ photoelectric tracking, speed continuous adjustment and automatic photoelectric tracking, realize accurate control with simple method; roller part using security protection measures, to ensure the safety of operators in abnormal situation. Measures of the main motor circuit adopt downtime locked for equipment safety maintenance.
  Rod feeding& cutting part, not only to adjust noodle length alone but also combined with rolling machine, to ensure the stability of the equipment operation.
Chamber transmission adopts inverter one drives three joint type speed adjust, and each motor protection so as to achieve the stable operation of the electrical and mechanical parts and equipment safety.
