QIBR self-aligning ball bearing product structure outer ring raceway is spherical, inner ring has double raceway, bearing plays the role of self-aligning, that is, when the bearing bends by load or the inner ring axial line tilts relative to that of outer ring caused by installation error, the bearing can still operate normally. It is also possible to deal with the shaft flexure, but generally the angle does not exceed 3 degree. It is designed mainly to bear radical load, and can also bear certain axial load while taking radial load, but it cannot bear axial load only.
Common structure of self-aligning ball bearing: outer ring, inner ring and retainer. Under some circumstances, it can be used as closed self-aligning ball bearing, that is, making it come with bearing shield, sealing ring and lubricating grease. Its working temperature is between *0℃ and **0℃.
