Hot plate plastic welding is generally used to weld large and irregular plastic parts by using heated platen to radiate heat through close proximity and melt the joining surfaces together. It provides unparalleled precision and consistency across a broad spectrum of manufacturing applications. It is excellent for assembling parts with exceptionally thin walls or complex geometries.

3.Theory: Machining the welding parts by hot plates. When it achieves the melting point, the hot plate retreats, the up and down moulds press the welding parts and make them be welded together.

             c) Moulds are specially designed and the surface is specially machined, so it                     doesn't stick plastic parts.
