PP Filter ( the first filter)

What’s PP Filter?
PP filter is a kind of high quality melt-blown polypropylene fiber cotton core, which is widely used in the water treatment. PP filter has a density of as tiny as 1~5 micron(μm).

How can it work to water treatment?

PP filter serves as the first filter to remove sand, silt, rust, dust, suspended matters, and other visible particles in the water with a purification ratio no less than *8%.

KDF active carbon (the second filter)
What’s KDF active carbon?
KDF active carbon media is a granulated copper-zinc alloy mixing with granular active carbon which has the ability to absorb and remove a very wide range of impurities in the water. KDF is a new type of water filter media invented in the United States in ***4 by Dr. Don Hes Kett. Nowadays, many manufacturers widely combine KDF with active carbon (granular activated carbon) to make this filter with better effects on water treatment.

How can it work to water treatment?

KDF has natural characteristics to remove harmful heavy metal ions (*8% removal rate), remove residual chlorine, remove harmful chemical compounds and contaminants, and inhibit the growth of bacteria. Granular active carbon can further inhibit the growth of bacteria and microorganism, remove blood worms, remove alga, adsorb unpleasant smells, bad odors, and any bad colors.

What’s CTO?

CTO can further remove turbidity and sludge in water, remove ink, and remove bad colors, unpleasant smells, odors, and other organic matters(if any) deeply.

RO Membrane (the fourth filter, the core filter)

What’s RO membrane?
Reverse osmosisUniversity of California at Los Angeles first investigated desalination of seawater (salty water) using reverse osmosis membranes and they successfully produced fresh water from seawater (salty water).

(RO) is a membrane-technology filtration method that removes many types of large molecules and ions from solutions by applying pressure (provided by pressure pump of the *0GPD RO system) to the solution when it is on one side of a selective membrane. The result is that the solute is retained on the pressurized side of the membrane and the pure solvent is allowed to pass to the other side. How can it work to water treatment?

RO membrane will remove *9.*8% of bacteria and virus, remove inorganic salt(desalination), organic matters, further remove heavy metal ions, remove oil or petrol, paint or coating, and remove any other particles whose diameter is bigger than 0.***1 micron. Tap water will become pure water after this purification process through RO membrane. Then the pure water will come into the 3.2Gallon storage tank. What’s T*3?
T*3 is a name of filter for a RO system, generally, T*3 is made into post carbon filter(putting activated carbon in the filter) to improve the taste of outlet drinking water. According to different people’s demands for water, T*3 can also be made into mineral stones filter, alkaline filter, etc., or mix different purification materials into one filter to make the T*3 more healthful functions.

How can T*3 work to water treatment?
As per different demand for this filter,T*3 can improve the taste of water and make water a little bit sweet taste, release mineral elements into the water so as for healthy body needs, make the water pH value more than 7.8 alkaline. Alkaline water is much beneficial to human body.
