Brake drum details

1)Material:brakedrum use Gray iron HT**0, Meet the American Standard G***0, Also offer ductile cast iron.  2)Designer: Technical expert take in charge of making drawings for the sample offered by client.

3)Test requriment: Each brake drum should be strictly tested, Eg. Brake Drum Blance Test, Round Jumpness Test .

4) Casting: Brake drum automatic production line including sand mixing, moulding and pouring.

5) Machining: Brake drums are produced by CNC machining.

6) Inspection: Advance test equipment including CMM, tensile strength testing machine, hardness tester, spectrometer, parallel tester, etc.

7) Brake drum chermical composition:

C:3.**3.3%  Si:1.**1.9%  Mn:0.**0.9%   P:=**0mpa

Packaging 

1. Inner packing: Wooden pallet, *6/*0 pcs brake drums wrapped film.

2. Outer packing: Steel rope with*6/*0 pcs brake drums wrapped film.

3. Shipping Mark of brake drum just as your requirements.
