The production cell consists of the main press and QDC system, the main press can be a four column or straight side structure, The QDC solutions include: various rolling bolster traveling style and quantity, the die changing cart, quick die clamping system and the tooling ID system, The PLC and inverter control the interlock actions between the press and the QDC system, 2, 3 or 4 sets rolling bolsters can be furnished to one press, and the bolster traveling style can be “I”, “T” or Double “T” style.
