Description 
CDC*-F*5L Hydraulic directional control valve was special designed for meeting new safetymandatory requirements, which is ideal upgraded valve for exported forklift. It owns many characteristic such as multi-function, compact structure, reliable working, better safety performance.  This valve has integrated speed limit valve, descend protection solenoid valve, urgent manual operation switch, system discharge solenoid valve, besides control the action of lift, tilt, attachments and steering.  When the operator leaves the seat of forklift, the valve can automatically protect the forklift mast to avoid any unsafe troubles by wrong operation.
 
Feature

• System discharge solenoid valve: It can cut off the hydraulic system to stop all the loading and unloading when the operator leaves the seat of forklift.
• Descend protection solenoid valve: Only this valve is switch on can descend operation be effective.
• Urgent manual operation switching valve: It is for emergency situation such as power off, failure of solenoid valve.
• Integrated stable flow valve: It supplies stable flow for steering system
• Integrated speed limit valve: It control the speed of mast going down.
• Integrated check valve for each section to prevent reverse oil flow.
• Integrated self-locking device for joystick: It can avoid the vibration of mast due to the negative pressure of tilt cylinder, and lock the tilt cylinder when engine is power off.
• Integrated two safety valves: Main safety valve for hydraulic system, flow dividing safety valve for steering system.
• Optional auxiliary valve: over load relief valve, oil supplement valve
• Valve body structure: Parallel circuit Up to 8 sections per valve group
