Hydraulic guillotine shear

This type machine is installed CNC controllers,which can meet customers’ requirements for the design of high precision processing.

Using three-point rolling guide pulle can eliminate the support gap, and increase cutting precision.

Shearing angle can be adjusted within a certain range,which can reduce the shearing deformation of sheet metal. 

The shearing stroke can be adjusted at will, which raise the working efficiency and realize the function of partition cutting.

The backgauge is designed manual lifting function, which is convenient to shear long sheet metal.

Inside the wallboard manual petrol pump is installed,which makes operating convenient and iubricating reliable,

Plug in hydraulic system can make oil temperature becom high slowly, meanwhile it enhance the reliability and safety operation of machine.

Standard machine is installed MD***0 controller and PLC.Slipper stroke adjusted by motor,shearing times can be shown easily.

DAC**0 and DAC**0 CNC controllers both are available upon request.
