Both formats are used in food, cosmetics and food supplements.

Hydroxytyrosol is the most important ingredient in the olive fruit. It is powerful free radical scavenger. It protects the cells from oxidative stress, thereby becoming a powerful antioxidant, superior to other natural antioxidants such as Vitamin C, coenzyme Q*0, Vitamin E, etc.
