HZS series concrete mixing plant is composed of material supplly and measuring system, agitating system, electrical control system and pneumatic control system, etc. It can be applied to all kinds of prefabricated-component factories as well as industries and Civil Constructions. Equipped with auto control devices and sensors, HZS series concrete batching plant has achieved automatic correction function and memory function to process materials with quantitative, batching, control, and self-compensation. The main machine adopts JS series double horizontal shaft forced mixer which has an excellent mixing quality and high efficiency. The batching machine employs PL series batching machine which can be freely designed according to the multiple requirements of xustomers. Due to electronic scale the measurement of the aggregate powder is reasonable and precise. The aggregates can be transported by the own hopper with stable and longevity. The pressurized water by a pump can spray out and mix with the material rapidly in the mixer and wash the mixer thoroughly at the same time.
