The IBC's , or totes that we provide are specifically designed to replace your more costly and labor intensive barrels, IBC's and ISO tanks. Often times with barrels, the container "cubes out", or filles up, before it reaches maximum weight due to the wasted space issue. Another issue is the tare weight of the barrels; about 1 ton of packaging weight per shipment. Other issues include cleanliness and sanitation issues, storage (outside and inside), "stackability", required handling labor, etc. These totes offer a lower tare weight and higher capacity shipment compared to barrels or even other IBC's due to it's shape. They also offer a sanitary storage and shipment option that is not approachable in a barrel or used bottle cage IBC. These IBC's can be stored empty or full, indoors or out and keep their sanitary status with very little or no cleaning or labor needed. These totes can also be stacked very easily up to 6 high full (depending on weight of product) and as high as your lift will go when they are empty and collapsed. Loading and discharge of these IBC's takes much less time, and is much easier then with other forms of packaging and you receive a much lower amount of residual left in the packaging then with barrels and other IBC's. The nicest thing to this tote is that it collapses down to *8" high when empty.
