Packaging: *0 Kg net new sacks made of anti-slip, woven PP with a minimum weight of *5g/m2, with a polyethylene inner pocket welded to the bottom, *0 microns LPDE of *0 microns HPDE. Sacks made of woven PP are to be given a special food-grade "ultraviolet" treatment. The lower and upper edges are to be stitched together with the PE sack. They should correspond to EN standards **7.  Packed into 1 MT per Jumbo sling bag optional. Custom printing optional for annual bulk contracts.
Two (2%) percent spare bags shipped along with the cargo and included in the price. 

Inspection: Seller and Buyer mutually agree that SGS or INSPECTORATE an internationally recognized first Class independent surveyor company shall be appointed at loading and/or discharge ports, to assess the quality and quantity of the cargo according to the provisions herein stated. Seller pay SGS or INSPECTORATE inspection cost at loading port.

Shipment per bulk vessel: In bulk per vessel of ****0 MT, ****0 MT or ****0 MT with delivery period ****5 days for IC*5 and ****0 days for IC**0 after receiving operative SBLC (MT**0), DLC (MT**0) upon seller bank approval or MT**3 conditional cash payment.
Vessels must be not be older than *0 (twenty) years, Lloyds register or equivalent.

Shipment per *0ft. container: ICUMSA *5 Cane Sugar is also available in *0ft containers with first shipment delivery period ****5 days from the date of payment through operative SBLC (MT**0), DLC (MT**0) upon seller bank approval or MT**3
