Intended use
For the quantitative determination of Immunoglobulin E (IgE) concentration in human serum.
Materials provided with the test kits:
Antibody-coated microtiter wells, *6 wells per pouch.
Reference standards, 0, *0, *0, **0, **0,and **0μIU/mL.
Liquid, ready for use.                              
Zero Buffer, *2 mL.
Enzyme Conjugate Reagent, *8 mL.
TMB Substrate, *2 mL.
Stop Solution, *2 mL.
Wash Buffer Concentrate(*0X), *5mL
Materials required but not provided:
Precision pipettes: *0μL~*0μL, *0μL~**0μL and 1.0mL.
Disposable pipette tips.
Distilled water.
Vortex mixer or equivalent.
Absorbent paper or paper towel.
