Impact Crusher: Impact Crusher is mainly used to crush many kinds of large, medium-sized, small materials whose side length will no more than **0mm, and the compression strength of the materials to be crushed is less than **0Mpa. The impact crusher is widely used in hydroelectricity, highway, artificial stone and sand, building material etc. Working Principle of Impact Crusher: When the impact crusher works, the motor drives the rotor rotate of the impact crusher with high speed, on the rotor where installed the hammers. When the materials get into the area where the hammers effect under the impact function of the hammer at a high speed, the materials are thrown to the impact device above the rotor continuously. And then the materials are rebounded from the impact liner to the area where the hammers effects for being recrushed. The materials from large size to small ones all to be crushed at the impact chamber repeatedly. The process won’t stop till the material are crushed to the required size and then discharged from outlet of the impact crusher. Characteristics of Impact Crusher: It has a special structure with unique impact liner without key to connect all the parts. It has a high chrome hammer, Besides that, it can deal with hard material with high efficiency and can save energy, its products are cubic shape of various size according to different requirements.
