Main Application
PF series impact crusher is usually used as a secondary or
tertiary crushing, especially suitable for these industry, such
as, railways, highways, water reservoirs and airports which has
strict size of stone. The impact breaker fits for crushing soft
mineral&rock materials, whose size is not in excess of **0mm
and crushing compressive strength is not more than **0Mpa, such
as granite, basalt, clay, kaolin, limestone,bauxite clinker,
concrete, gypsum, graphite and so on.

Working Theory
Impact crushers is a kind of crushing machine which depends on
pound. When this impact crusher works, driven by the motor,
high-speed rotation of the rotors with a blow bar. While the
materials into the blow bar work area, it was collided with blow
bar and crushed. Then the materials with the kinetic energy,
flying to the impact plate rapidly, and crushed by the impact
plate for the second collision, immediately, after breaking
material are rebounded from the impact liner to blow bar work
area for the third time broken. This series of rebound, collided,
crushing repeated and material fully broken in the chamber after
three fight back, until the materials are crushed to meet
the expected size and discharged from bottom discharging port.
Meanwhile, adjusting the gap between impact rack and rotor, which
can change the particle size and shape of the material. The
impact crusher employs self-weigh security device in its back
rack. When other objects enter the impact chamber, they will be
forced out of the machine by the impact rack in the front and
back of the machine.
