MC serial impulse power sources are capable of improving functionality of the plate when used to electroplate gold, silver, nickel, tin and alloys, make the plate have uniform color, excellent brightness and corrosion resistance when used for protective or decorative electroplating, and achieve higher purity when used to purify precious metals. Impulse power is superior to the traditional electroplating power, and represents the trend of the electroplating power supply. Compared to single impulse power, SMC serial double impulse power can achieve more delicate plate and better brightness. The anodized dissolution produced by the reverse impulse of the double impulse power causes the density of metallic ions to quickly recover, conducing to application of the high impulse current density by the next cathode cycle and making the plate compact, bright and have less holes. The anodized peeling by the reverse impulse of the double impulse power greatly reduces content of organic impurities (including brighteners), making the plate high in purity and strong in resistance to color change.
