Description: An inactivated vaccine for chickens against Newcastle disease, Infectious Bronchitis (Massachusetts serotype) and Avian Influenza type A subtype H9. The active components are NDV LaSota strain, IB M*1 strain and an avian isolate of Avian Influenza H9 subtype, HL strain. Before the inactivation, Newcastle virus titers are at least 3×**8.0EID*0/0.1ml, IB virus titers are at least 3×**6.0EID*0/0.1 ml and AI virus titers are at least 3×**8.0 EID*0/0.1ml. Formulation: Water-in-oil emulsion. Indications: Vaccination of chickens to prevent Newcastle disease, Infectious Bronchitis Massachusetts serotype and Avian Influenza H9 subtype. The protection period is 4 months. Administration: The dosage is 0.3 ml for chickens from 2 to 5 weeks of age and 0.5 ml for chickens 5 weeks older. The vaccine should be administered by intramuscular injection in the thigh or chest muscle or subcutaneous injection in the back of the neck. Adverse reactions: None. Precautions: 1. Shake well before use. 2. Before use allow the vaccine to reach room temperature. 3. Use up immediately in the present day after opening. 4. No freezing and avoid using once emulsion is broken. 5. Vaccinate only for healthy chickens. 6. Hands should be washed and sanitized after inoculation. Bottles and the residual vaccine should be done with innocent treatment, such as burning or boiling.
