Port of loading:South Kalimantan or East Kalimantan
Price Guarantee:Price held firm for 3 month (excluding government increases in taxes).
Delivery Schedule:According to mutual agreement
Price in CFR:(Price FOB + Shipping Cost to destination)
 
 
The current prices are:

GCV ********0 (NCV ********0) - $*2 FOB MV,  
GCV ********0 (NCV ********0) - $*0 FOB MV,  
GCV ********0 (NCV ********0) - $*5 FOB MV,  
GCV ********0 (NCV ********0) - $*7 FOB MV,  
GCV ********0 (NCV ********0) - $*4 FOB MV,  


Payment terms: **0% L/C at sight, 2% PB

Central China - *0 USD/MT
South China - *2 USD/MT
North China - *4 USD/MT
Philippines - *1 USD/MT
India - *4 USD/MT
Pakistan - *6 USD/MT
Vietnam - 8 USD/MT
Seoul, South Korea port *2 USD/MT
 
PROCEDURE:
1. Buyer sends Letter of Intent LOI;
2. Seller issued FCO in favor of the buyer;
3. Buyer issued ICPO with soft probe permission according Seller conditions written in FCO;
4. Seller verifies Buyer ICPO through Seller Bank and sends NCNDA and IMFPA.
5. Buyer signs and seals NCNDA and IMFPA and return to Seller;
6. Seller would release draft contract to Buyer.
7. Contract negotiation begins over emails between Buyer and Seller;
8. Final draft contract sign electronically by both sides - Buyer and Seller;
9. Mine site visit would be arrange within **2 days after the final contract is signed and sealed if requested by the end buyer;
*0. Within seven (7) banking days the Buyers bank sends the non-operative, non-transferable Documentary Letter of Credit;
*1. Within seven (7) banking days Seller would provide 2% performance bond which would automatically activate the DL/C.
*2. Delivery and shipment commence as per schedule mutually agreed in the contract.
We are waiting for your ICPO with soft probe permission or LOI in order for us to give you our formal and firm offer by means of a Full Corporate Offer (FCO).
