I. Product Introduction

The induction heating power supply for single-crystal growing furnace is a medium-frequency induction heating power supply specially designed for single-crystal growing furnaces which adopt vapor deposition method. In the entire inverting work process, it adopts high-precision power closed-loop control, the working frequency follows the loaded inductance changes of the induction coil automatically, with whole-course soft switching control, it generates little electromagnetic interference. With its power factor more than 0.*2, power conversion efficiency higher than 0.*6, small size, low losses and multiple control signal selections, it is really an ideal energy-saving power supply substituting for medium-frequency generating sets and SCR medium-frequency melting power supply.
The induction heating power supply series for single-crystal growing furnace is convenient to operate and use, has a wide range of phase-lock frequency and adaptable to various induction coils. It can be widely used in the induction heating of single-crystal growing furnaces adopting vapor deposition method such as SiC single-crystal growing furnace.
