Description

Chain plate conveyor is a very robust belt that is made of stainless steel and driven by sprocket. Perfect for conveying small products, smooth running, easy to maintain, durable, constructed of plates or hinges linked together by means of cross rods. The belt is almost always equipped with side chains. The chains are secured by a ring welded at the cross rods ends.

Main features:

1. Large conveying capacity: the maximum conveying capacity can reach **6m3/h, and the maximum inclination Angle can reach *0 degrees. High temperature resistant, can transport temperature less than **0 degrees of materials.

2. Conveyor chain is composed of traction chain, load chain and forward lap (or reverse lap) hopper, three parts can be free loading and unloading.

3. Bearing roller with a rolling bearing, rolling friction instead of the former sliding friction, running resistance reduced by *5% to *5%, greatly reduce the power consumption of the conveyor, low energy consumption.

4. The traction chain and the bearing chain are separated to simplify the structure, reduce the cost and facilitate the installation and maintenance.
