1. Material:  Steatite ceramic

 

 

2. Advantages:

  1). *5% alumina or steatite ceramic.heat compression molding,the alumina has been to improved insulation and mechanical strength.
  2). The ceramics have no cracks,no burrs,no pinholes,no  gaps,and no impurities, surface is smooth, dye absorption is passed.
  3).Linear dimension tolerance ≤ ± 0.*5mm, diameter tolerance ≤ ± 0.1mm, hole size distortion ≤ 0.*5mm, circumference deformation size ≤ 0.1mm.
  4). Insulation Resistance ≥ **0MΩ (have been checked by megohm in DC**0V).
5). Dielectric Strength: AC***0V/*0HZ/1min no breakdown phenomenon.
6). Linear expansion coefficient is slight,and less than 7.0 × ***6mm /°C, and good for thermal shock performance.
  7). Sintering temperature is ***0 °C, the use of a temperature not lower than ***0 °C, good corrosion resistance.

 

3. Application:  

   They are widely used for the halogen lamps, iodine-tungsten lamps, high and low pressure uv lamps, mercury lamps, uv lamp holders and all kinds of heating tubes.
