1.Mixing effect
Even if there are differences in specific gravity and particle size of materials, good mixing effect can be achieved under the rapid and violent tossing and sprinkling of staggered mixing blades.
2.Crushing device
In case of agglomeration of materials, a crushing device shall be added. The "crushing rod" with triangular gear cover shall maintain a high speed of more than ***0rpm to crush and depolymerize the agglomerated materials in the weight loss area of materials.
3.Discharge form
The discharge form is generally pneumatic (manual) flap valve, and the arc valve is closely embedded in the cylinder and flush with the inner wall of the cylinder, without material accumulation and mixing dead angle;The standard type can be divided into large door and small door. The opening of the large door is to the side of the cylinder, which can discharge materials cleanly and quickly with less residue.

5.Clearance between blade and cylinder
The gap between the blade and the cylinder wall directly affects the mixing effect and the material residue in the body after discharging;The clearance between the blade and the cylinder of our company's products is controlled at 3 ~ 5mm.
