Injection molded magnets can be of very complex shapes with high precision, typically, tolerance is +/*0.**5mm, it is suitable for high precision parts

It is a new technology to achieve adjustable magnetic properties, composite molding, elastic magnetization and high mechanical strength

By doing insert molding, magnetic material can be directly molded into or onto other assembly components without further assembly process

Magnetic powder is neodymium-iron-boron (NdFeB), either isotropic or anisotropic. And Polymer binders utilized are PA6,PA*2 and PPS. Our factory produces NdFeB+PPS anisotropic magnetic powder most often.

Anisotropic NdFeB powder achieves the highest magnetic force as injection molded magnet. And it is possible to achieve BHmax *7GMOE, and can replace some of sintered products.
