BT***1/**2 Ink Remover

(Special for Knitting Bag)

Introduction:

BT***1/**2 is a liquid for removing any color of PP and PE materials with no temperature

needed. It was tested based on the printing ink on any film bag both at home and abroad. It

can fast and effectively clean the superficial printing ink and other smudge causing

environmental pollution on the surface of recycle PP Knitting Bag and return the clean and

white color of material.

Advantages:

1. No contents of hazardous material such as phosphorus and nitrite etc.

2. No need to give temperature for saving energy with low processing cost.

3. It is good for mass production for its fast clean, as it only need 0.5 hour under *0 ℃ for

BT***2 or 1hour under 5 ℃ for BT**1 .

4. It can be applied universally both for whole bag or crashed pieces.

5. No much more equipment needed.

6. It is designed with no hazardous materials and the waste water has no pollution.

Adaptation Scope:

For PP Knitting Bag superficial printing ink elimination.

Application Method:

Shakes up the package of BT***1/**2 first.

Put the bag or materials to soak the BT***1 cleaning liquid and to add water in ****0 time,

and take them out after 1 hour. Then should be dried, crush and washing. If any bag not

If the cleaning liquid level drop down, supplements of new fluid needed then.

Dosage:

Proportion of BT***1/**2 and water: 1:*0 for PP knitting bag. Add **3% caustic soda

according to total quantity of water and BT***1/**2 liquid.

Matters Needing Attention:

1. this product should be stored in evades the light place coolly.

2. Splashes carelessly into the eye, please use the massive clear water to flush.

3. The gummed glove needed when works.
