Emeer softener RL***7
is a cationic softener with outstanding anti-static effect, it
apply to finishing of textile garment and fabric with a
soft, smooth and fluffy effect. The product is environmental
protection, and in line with European and American clothing
softening requirements.

Appearance: beige powder to small granules
Component: Special high active cationic quaternary ammonium
salt
PH value :4.**6.5 *0% SOL
â—†Feature
1. Good
water-solubility, soft and smooth, antistatic, low scum;
2. It can be used alone or used with organic silicon
softener.
3. It most
advantage: using comveniently, saving energy, saving manpower, it
can put into machine directly without diluting
4. It is
upgraded version for all the cationic quaternary ammonium salt
agent , it instead of softener flake, silicone oil and
softener paste.
5. when
using Emeer RL***7 finishing fabric drying in the high temperature,
the fabric yellowing phenomenon is very low.
6. In the
denim washing ,For the Denim have nostalgic and chromatography
finishing when using Emeer softener RL***7 will not cause changing
the color and stripping

1.
In dyeing and finishing plant, after finishing cotton, hemp,
silk, wool, polyester, acrylic and other synthetic yarns and
fabric ;
2. In
washing plant, it apply for finishing denim, washing cloth,
knitwear, It fits for cloth after stone washing and enzyme
washing.
3. Fabric
after soft finishing doesn’t distort when pulled to required
width
â—†Dissolution
Method
1. Dissolved
in cold water: firstly take the product by 6% **0% ratio into the
*0 ℃ water, and proper mixing to avoid bonding, time about **5
minutes, and soak for **2hrs, and then stir slowly until the
solution become sticky.
2. Dissolved
in hot water: firstly take the product by 6% **0% ratio into the *0
℃ water ,stir for **5mins and begin to ajust the temperature
unit heated to *5 ℃ **0 ℃, and stir slowly until becom sticky .
and then cool for using.
3. Please
filter before using it for softening

Method
1. In the
dyeing and finishing plant,
1). Padding
Method: **3g / L, temperature *0 ℃**0 ℃
2).
Immersion method: 0.**0.8% (owf), bath ratio 1:****5, temperature
*5 ℃**5 ℃, time ****0min.
2. In
washing plant or knitting mill
1). when it
soft for 2mins, take the Emeer softener RL***7 to machine directly,
in the washing plant, usually ******0pcs denim/ machine and its use
quantity is ******0g.
2).
when it soft less than 1mins, we advice to dilute it by hot water
firstly and then put RL***7 to machine.

Feature
Under normal operation of the machine,
when the
softener RL***7 put in the water of *5 ℃ ~ *5
℃, It can be completely
dissolved and fabric can be absorbed in 1minsï¼›
when the
softener RL***7 put in the water of *0 ℃ ~ *0
℃, It can be completely
dissolved and fabric can be absorbed in 2mins;
when the
softener RL***7 put in the water of *5 ℃ ~ *5
℃, It can be completely
dissolved and fabric can be absorbed in 3mins;
It best
dissolution temperature is *5 ℃ ~ *5 ℃, the best soft
time is **5mins, the best water PH value is about PH = 7 for
dissolving and without adding other acid-base materials; the best
condition of water quality is soft water (0 ~ **9ppm, as CaCO3) ,
if the water is too hard which will reduce the speed of dissolution
and solubility.
