Imold
only use mold steels from qualified supplier in our mold
production, such as **8(h), **8(h), S**6(h), S7 from ASSAB
of Sweden, NAK*5 and NAK*0 from DAIDO of Japan and
P*0(FINKL ), P*0HH(FINKL), DRX(FINKL), **0, ***1, ***2,
***4, ***7 from LKM etc. Most of plastic mold bases and
standard components purchase from LKM. Also, Imold design
mold according to customers’ platic mold specification such
as DME and HASCO plastic mould standard. Imold offer the
certification of plastic mold steel, heat treatment report
, mold drawing and engineering specification to customer
after mold finish.
Every
mold drawing for export mold will be validated by
customers’ approval to proceed mold making. Imold check the
every process of mold making such as hardness inspection,
electrode inspection, component dimension, plastic molded
parts inspection etc.
After the
final plastic mold validation by customer, Imold will pack
the plastic mold with standard exporting package to avoid
any damage during delivery by sea or by air
freight.
Imold
also provide a full range of after-sell service to further
guarantee customers’ convenience, such as providing plastic
mold component for replacement, support customer to solve
problems.
