Interface Mortar

Use
Apply on surface disposal for all kinds of concrete and improvement for old surface.

Surface Preparation
All surfaces must be structurally sound, dry, clean and free from movement, oil, grease, wax, curing compounds and any other loose or contaminating materials.

Stir and Mix
1. Add clean water to a bucket, then slowly add interface mortar powder to the water.
2. Stir the mix with electrical drill-mixer until a lump-free consistency is achieved.
3. Allow the mix to stand for 3 to 5 minutes. Re-stir then use the Interface mortar.
4. The mixing ratio is *5 kg powder to 8 liters of water.

Application
Scrape the mixing (thickness is about 3mm) on the surface with scraper; Each scraping area is about 1 square meter; Then use scraper(*0mm**0mm) to cut the surface to rack gear shape. Scrape the mixing (about 3mm) on the back of interface mortar; Then use scraper(3mm*3mm) to cut the surface of the interface mortar to rack gear shape. Finally press the interface mortar on the surface slowly.

Precautions
1. The interface must be scraped fully mortar.
2. The interface mortar must be stuck on the surface within drying time.
3. Must be adjusting the interface mortar within adjusting time in order not to effect the intention.
4. Dispose redundant interface mortar before hardening.
5. Don't apply interface mortar in temperatures above *0 degree or below 5 degree.
