Interior Gypsum plaster

Description:
Interior Gypsum plaster can be applied directly on gypsum board or concrete board. 

Features & Advantages:
High strength: high degree of compressive and tensile strength increases overall masonry strength & load bearing capacity.

Economical: only one coat is required for smooth surface, reducing the plaster quantity required. Gypsum plaster is superfine with excellent flow - characteristics, Increasing the construction speed by almost 2 times.

Functionally Superior:  gypsum has a very high thermal insulation making it a greater interior wall Plaster Product. The final output is very smooth and completely crack free as there is no setting related expansion or contraction. Hence, the material is preffered over traditional option

Application :
The Background to be plastered should be free from dust and loose mortar
For higher coverage pre wetting of background is recommended
For Plaster mix, add gypsum to water not vice versa and Less water consumption *5 liter water required for *5 kg plaster
Stir the mixer with a mixing rod thoroughly
Prepare plaster mix which should not last more than *5 minutes
Do not mix additional dry material once the mix begins to set
A single cost should not exceed *3 MM, if more than *3 MM thickness is required than it can be done after drying of first layer.
To enhance the workability and speed plaster spray machine can also be used.
