Adopting hydrolysis defrosting and electrical defrosting(optional), ensure the hygiene of the liquid nitrogen spray system, avoid bacterial growth;

Installed the high-temperature sterillization device(***1°C), ensure to kill the bacteria completely;

Adopting HACCP health safety concept, full stainless steel internal structure and palisade struture is easy to clean, maintain and manage etc, easy to operate, can completely meet the safely requirement for food.
