It is indispensible gear in the pellet process .The disc surface has an angle with horizontal.When the power material get into the disc and moistened by water,it is continuously rolling with the disc rotating and forming the material into ball,then rolling to the edge of disc and discharging.

The angle of granulation disk adopts the whole round arc structure, which can make sure the rate of granulation is up to *3% and even above it. Granulation disk has three feed-out exits, which is convenient for producing task discontinuously and reduces the labor intensity and improves labor efficiency. Reduction drive and electromotor adopt driving through flexible belt in order to ensure starting stable, reduce the impact and lengthen the service life of equipment. The bottom of disc fare strengthened by radiation plates, which is firm, durable and never distortion. The aggravate and firm base can run stably without the holding down bolts to fix. The main gear of granulation adopts quenching with high frequency, which makes its service life doubled than before. The inner part of surface disk is made of GFRP (glass fiber reinforced plastic), which is anti-corrosive and durable.
