Our “Fiore & Troisi” brand brings the surnames of the founders of the company and reflects the main idea, that products shouldn’t be sent out just to be sold. Quality is our main product and it is timeless. Most of the foods come from Samnium. Samnium (Oscan Safinim) was a region of the south central Apennines in Italy that was home to the Samnites, a group of Sabellic tribes that controlled the area from about **0 BC to about **0 BC. Our product is ancient indeed, with a distinctive historical character and culture, with precious culinary traditions and secrets. And what’s more, Samnium the land of origin of the founders of “Fiore & Troisi” as well. We live in a world where the boundaries between right and wrong are often blur, where a dissemination of unhealthy food is the norm where a puny environmental policy support unhealthy choices. Our main aim is to provide artisanal foods produced in a small-scale manner, highly selected through a continuous search of the balance between high quality and ancient tradition.
