This series of stone crusher is widely used in crushing all kinds of mining stones primarily in mining, metallurgical industry, building material, highway, railway, and chemical industry, and the largest compression resistance of the material to be crushed is **0Mpa. It mainly crushes very hard stone materials and huge hard materials. Medium and large jaw crushers are our main products.

 

Working Principle of Jaw Crusher:
The motor transmits through belt, drives the movable jaw up and down by eccentric shaft. When the moving jaw plate rises, the angle between the fixed jaw plate and the movable jaw plate gets larger, and the materials can be crushed to reach the crushing target. When then moving jaw plate is down, the angel between the moving jaw plate and fixed jaw plate becomes smaller. The movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the effection of drawbar and spring, and then the crushed materials are discharged from the lower outlet of the crushing cavity.

High crushing ratio, homogeneous final granularity size, simple structure, reliable working condition, easy maintenance, low operating cost and so on.
 

Impact crusheris widely used in crushing many kinds of large, medium, small materials whose side length is shorter than **0mm, and whose compression resistance should not be larger than **0Mpa. The impact crusher is widely used in hydroelectricity, highway, artificial stone and sand, building material, etc.

Working Principle of Impact Crusher:
When the impact crusher works, the motor drives the rotor rotate of the impact crusher with high speed, on the rotor where installed the hammers. When the materials get into the area which the hammers effect, under the impacting function of the hammer at a high speed, the materials are thrown to the impact device above the rotor continuously. And then the materials are rebounded from the impact liner to the area where the hammers effects for being recrushed. The materials from large size to small size, all of them can be crushed at the impact chamber repeatedly untill the material are crushed to the required size and then discharged from outlet of the impact crusher
