1. Application
JD****-B automatic core shooting machine is a kind of heat core box core shooting machine. It is a semi-automatic, vertical parting machine. One needs to put the molds and take out sand cores by hand. Both coated resin sand (dry) and furan resin-sand (wet) can be used. This machine is commonly used in valve, faucet, hardware, hydraulic and pneumatic field for producing various sand cores required by small and medium-sized workpieces. It is especially commonly used in copper and aluminum casting for producing sand cores of complicated shape and low structure strength.

The machine consists of three parts, such as mechanical part, pneumatic part and electrical part. Material used in mechanical part is well-selected steel. Mould Combined- shooting arm antedisplacement- sand shooting head falls/Core loose cylinder eject-shooting sand- sand shooting head goes up- shooting arm reset- Heating time-timing to core loose cylinder falls- moving mould and against core- Mould open-turn up mould-static mould against core-take out the core manually
