ProcedureS - no Spot only Trial with Contract

FOB:(Rotterdam and other ports on request)

1. Buyer sends ICPO with bank data and Corporate Profile

2. Seller drafts SPA and CI to be lodged in both banks. Seller and Buyer execute final contract. Seller sends final contract electronically in PDF format. An electronically executed final contract can stand as original.

3. Buyers bank sends MT**9/RWA to Sellers bank and copyimmediatelyto Sellers email address. After Seller has received the copy of the transferred SWIFT and forwarded to his bank, Sellers bank opens RMA communication with Buyers bank on basis of the lodged SPA to discuss all relevant items and documents.

(Buyers banker gets confirmation of titleholder, product and specification from Sellers banker with full bank responsibility as outlined in the SPA which both banks have lodged at this time)

1. After satisfying mutual communication Sellers bank confirms the MT**9/RWA by SWIFT. Buyers bank sends SWIFT MT**0/BG/SBLC about SPOT amount to Sellers bank within 5 banking days.

2. Within *2*** hours after confirmation of the instrument by Sellers bank Seller issues SGS/POP/DTA at loading port in Buyers name and gives ATS (Autorization to sell) to Buyer.

3. Buyer makes Dip Test at Rotterdam port and Seller loads vessel or fills the product into Buyers tanks.

4. Upon successful Dip Test Buyer pays withTT/wire transfer or MT**3. Transfer of Titleholder to Buyer.
