Introduction:
Bag-in-box is a kind of flexible design liquid packaging form which has economic benefit and environmental protection benefit. It has obvious competitive advantage compare with the traditional packaging form like glass bottles, PET bottles, plastic bucket. It completely replaces traditional packaging in many fields.

Equipment Features:
1. The control system of products is composed of human-computer interface and PLC, makes the operation convenient, intuitive, with self detection and protection function; The electromagnetic flow meter measurement system improves the filling precision, truly achieve the quantitative filling, when filling it can choose if fill nitrogen ;
2. The whole machine adopt stainless steel with **4,and food contact parts all use the stainless steel with **6L.
3. The filling machine of bag in box can apply to different specifications capacity bags, make the product have more flexibility.
4. The reliable design of clip pocket mouth ensures smooth running of equipment, not to hurt the pocket mouth.

Technical Features:
1. Opening the cover of bag, filling and closing the cover auto completes according to the specific program.
2. The filling volume can be set (within *5L) to achieve variety specifications of products fill with one type machine.
3. The bag locking mouth is provided with a detection device, only when the bags lock in bag locking mouths well it can automatically fill.
4. The design of structure is compact, the components use imported brands to ensure the reliability of equipment.

6. The whole machine is made of stainless steel, the food contact pipeline adopts sanitary stainless steel, hose connection between moving parts meet food grade hose of American food FDA certification requirements to ensure food safety.
