Advantages of JY Hydraulic High-speed Cone Crusher over Spring Cone Crusher

1. Compared with common bevel gear, our imported spiral bevel gears enable smoother drive, higher drive speed, less wear of gears, and *0% longer service life.
2. Countershaft bearings, a replacement for countershaft bushing, enable less frication on the countershaft and higher rotary speed, effectively lightening *9% motor loads.
3. Multi-cylinder plays a role in overload protection to reduce malfunction. Cavity clearing height is raised to *0mm (spring cone crusher's is ****0mm), which enables quicker cavity clearing and discharge.
4. Eight hydraulic cylinders for locking; and it takes only 1min*3min for locking and pressure relief with computer-controlled system by s.
5. Discharge setting adjustment by s; and the scale display achieves a quicker and simpler operation system.
6. All the hydraulic cylinders are controlled by PLC microcomputer program and connected with electric cabinet of the machine, much safer and simpler.
7. It is quicker and more reliable to adopt T-bolts for the assembly and disassembly of the bowl liner.
8. Bowl capable of materials accumulation enables even feed and less wear of the feed hopper.
9. Labyrinth feed hopper effectively controls the occurrence of breakdown caused when dust enters the screw thread of bowl and adjustment ring.
