JZC**0 Power-Driven Self-Fall concrete mixer belongs to the
self-falling double cone reverse discharge mixer. It is driven by
the ring gear to drive the mixing drum. The working mode is forward
rotation mixing, reverse discharge, mixing plastic concrete and
semi-dry concrete, suitable for small and medium-sized Construction
sites, roads, bridge works and concrete component plants.

1.Feeding system
Feeding bucket lever control
The upper limit position of the hopper is controlled by the limit
device. When the hopper is in place, the clutch is automatically
disengaged, the hopper is dropped by its own weight, and the hopper
is released when the hopper is landing.
The feeding mechanism is composed of a loading frame, a feeding
hopper and a lifting device.
2.Mixing system
The mixing drum is supported by four supporting rollers. The
rotation of the mixing drum is realized by the motor driving the
large ring gear mounted on the cylinder through the transmission
system. The work is stable and reliable, and the forward and
reverse rotation of the mixing cylinder is realized by the
commutation of the motor.
Mixing drum
The structure of the mixing drum is double-conical, and the inside
of the cylinder is welded with high and low blades, which are
respectively at an angle with the axis of the cylinder.
Outlet
A pair of discharge blades are welded inside the discharge cone.
When the concrete is stirred, the direction of rotation of the
mixing drum is changed, and the concrete is discharged from the
discharge cone through the low blade and the discharge blade.
The stirring mechanism is the working part of the mixer, and is
composed of a mixing drum, a supporting wheel and a transmission
system.
3.Water supply system
Starting the water pump can inject water into the mixing drum, and
the time relay in the electronic control system controls the
running time of the water pump to master the amount of water
required to stir the concrete per tank.
The water supply system consists of an electric motor, a water
pump, a regulating valve, a suction valve and a pipeline.
4.Electrical System
The JZC**0 Power-Driven Self-Fall concrete mixer has an electric
control box on the whole machine. The operation s and time
relays are installed on the door and equipped with a protective
cover.
5.Chassis
The chassis is a welded structure. There are
two tires in the lower part and a towing rod on the front for
towing
