Appearance:  White or off-white solid
Melting Point:  ****0 â„ƒ
Solubility: Can not be dissolved in water, glycerin, propylene glycol or other polar material.
Can be dissolved in hot hexanol or hot oil.
Main Purpose:  Food emulsifier. Stabilizing agent.
Application   
Shortening Function: Adjust the oil crystal, improve its function properties.
Dosage: Subject to differernt purpose. 
Cakes Function: Enlarge volume, improve texture, prolong the shelf life.
Dosage: 3%**0% of oil
Ice cream
 		 Function: Avoide forming large ice  crystal, improve mouthfeel and provide creamy texture, improve stabilization.
Dosage: 0.1%*0.2% of total products
Oil and fats Function: Adjust the oil crystal, imparts fine and stable water dispersion.
Dosage: Subject to differernt purpose.  
Meat product
 		 Function: Help fat disperse and combine with water and starch, prevent starch aging.
Dosage: 0.1%*1.0% of total products
Shelf Life:
 		 *8 months in unopened original packaging under the storage conditions. (from date of production)
Storage:
 		 Avoid sunlight, rain. Store in unbroken packaging at the cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The storage temperature should below *8℃.
