Material:

We use high quality CRGO steels with low iron-losses and high permeability in thickness 0.*3mm, 0.*7mm and 0.3mm, to meet customers, demand for different quality.

Characteristic:

The company imported the high precision slitting and cross cutting line and independent research and development of high precision silicon steel horizontal cutting line with full automatic control and the silicon steel CNC punching shear all-in one PC, silicon steel belts are processed into sheets with certain shapes, and then stackes into single phase three column type, three-phase five column type etc. Different shapes of transformer core, the cores are stacked in full mitre way and adopted advanced annealing process, so that the core loss are low, and can achieve large-scale production.

Application:

Widely used in all kinds of capacity of power transformers of S9 and S*1, including SCB*0, SCB*1 series resin insulation dry type transformer, S9, S**-M types of oil-immersed transformer, SZ9 type transformer onload voltage regulating, mine transformer, earthing transformer, S9 series high-voltage winding, etc all kinds of transformer for special use.

Range
No standard range of design exists due to the diversity of design requirements. We produce single phase cores ranging from *0KVA to ***0KVA, and the three-phase cores ranging from *0KVA to *0MVA.
Material
In the production of these M*-M*-M2H-M1H-M0H or laser oriented electrical steel grades are used and no-load-losses are guaranteed.
SP series stacked cores
In order to satisfy the customers who are eager to minimize their costs, NICORE produces stacked cores for distribution transformers ranging from *0KVA to ***0KVA. The cores are produced in recycle materials from USA and Japan, cut by manual shearing machine with little burrs and high dimension accuracy.
DP series stacked cores
Nicore also produces stacked cores in new low core loss material for distribution transformers ranging from *0KVA to ***0KVA. The cores are also cut by manual shearing machine with burss less than 0.*3mm, width tolerance (+/-)0.1m, length tolerance (+/-)0.5mm.
